5. Purchases, Subscriptions & Billing
In-App Purchases & Subscriptions: Payments will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. All purchases and subscriptions are final and non-refundable.
Management: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions through your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the App or your account does not automatically cancel your active billing cycles.
Restore Purchases: You may restore previously purchased subscriptions on devices using the same platform account via the "Restore Purchases" option available in the App settings.
Website Purchases: For subscriptions purchased directly through thesarya.com, payments are securely processed by third-party providers. You can manage website billing via your account settings online.
Platform Disclaimer: Apple Inc. and Google LLC are not sponsors of, nor are they responsible for, any content, maintenance, or support related to the Sarya App.
6. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
