Due to the digital nature of Sarya's products and services, all sales, in-app purchases, and auto-renewing subscriptions are final and non-refundable.
We do not offer refunds or credits for any partially used or unused subscription periods, nor for accidental purchases. We encourage users to explore our free tier and available features before committing to a paid subscription.
2. App Store & Google Play Purchases
Purchases made through mobile platforms are managed strictly by the respective store providers. Sarya does not have the technical capability to manage or refund these transactions directly:
- Apple App Store: Sarya cannot manage or refund iOS purchases. These transactions are strictly governed by Apple's own refund policies. If you believe you have a valid claim, you must request a refund directly through Apple Support.
- Google Play Store: Purchases made on Android devices are handled by Google. You may request a refund directly from Google Play if the request falls within their acceptable refund timeframe.
3. Subscription Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your device's App Store or Google Play account settings.
Note: Canceling your subscription prevents future billing cycles but does not provide a refund for previous payments. You will continue to have access to all premium features until the end of your current billing period.
