How refunds and cancellations are handled at Sarya

If you're dissatisfied with any Sarya's product and services you purchased, you may contact us within 10 days of your purchase for a refund. We cannot issue a refund if you contact us more than 10 days after your purchase date, unless it was a fraudulent transaction.

Refund rules:

  • Only purchases made on the website and mobile App are eligible for a refund, and only if you contact us within 10 days of your purchase. If you bought it elsewhere, your software is subject to the return policies of that vendor.
  • The refund amount will be decided by Sarya and subject to the reason of any dissatisfaction raised.
  • We reserve the right to disable any purchase and premium service issued to you for the refunded products/service.
  • Refund, upon approval, will be credited to the original payment mode within 10 business days.
