Mobile App Developer (React Native)

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate Mobile App Developer to lead the development of our flagship application. You will be responsible for architecting and building features that directly impact the lives of neurodiverse children and their families. This role requires a deep understanding of React Native, a keen eye for detail/accessibility, and a heart for our mission.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build advanced applications for the iOS and Android platforms using React Native.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Implement complex UI/UX designs with a focus on accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Mentor junior developers and establish best practices for mobile development.

Requirements

• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject.
• 3+ years of working experience in React Native development.
• Have published at least one original React Native app to app stores.
• Experience with Redux, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript features.
• Familiarity with native build tools, like XCode and Gradle.
