Senior Backend Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to drive the architectural decisions of our platform. You will deal with high-concurrency systems, real-time data processing, and machine learning pipelines. Your work will ensure that our therapy tools are available, fast, and reliable for thousands of concurrent users.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and implement microservices using Go and Python.
• Design efficient database schemas and manage migrations.
• Implement caching strategies using Redis to improve performance.
• Containerize applications using Docker and orchestrate with Kubernetes.
• Ensure system security and data privacy compliance (GDPR/HIPAA).

Requirements

• Strong background in backend development with Go, Java, or C++.
• Experience with distributed systems and microservices architecture.
• Deep understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Problem-solving mindset and leadership qualities.
